It has been serialized in ComicFesta and others from June 22, 2020 under the title of "Tensei Shoya kara Musabori Ecchi/H: Ouji no Honmei wa Akuyaku Reijou (転生初夜からむさぼりエッチ〜王子の本命は悪役令嬢, Game World Reincarnation: Sex on the First Night)", and released under the above title in book form.

At the same time two weeks before the broadcast, "New program 'Ouji no Honmei wa Akuyaku Reijou' special program-Prince Sirius important announcement with first Video! The following week, the extra episodes "Takatsuka Tomohito Route ①" and "②" will be broadcast with 3.5 episodes and 6.5 episodes, respectively.
