Saishoukan sareta Yuusha wa Ippanjin Toshite Ikiteiku? (再召喚された勇者は一般人として生きていく？, Will the braved summon again live as an ordinary person?) is a Japanese light novel series written by Katana, Kaji. Originally published via the novel posting website Shōsetsuka ni Narō in June 2015, the series was later acquired by Takarajimasha, which began publishing the series in print with illustrations by Minami, Seira. A manga adaptation, illustrated by Mayu Hamazaki, began serialization on the LINEコミックス-based web manga platform Kono Manga ga Sugoi! in January 2020.
Synopsis[]
A hero who was summoned to a different world and led the world to peace, Souta Konoe, at that time was a third year junior high school student. However, at the moment of subjugation of the demon king, he was subjected to repatriation magic and was returned to the Earth, with all his memories up to the final fight becoming very ambiguous during the process...
Several years have passed, but Souta did not forget the promise of training with his comrades who taught him how to fight, and devoted himself to the martial arts. He was a senior high school student, when he was caught up in his classmate's hero summon and summoned to another world again. However, this another world turned out to be the same one he was in before, but a thousand years later...
Souta puzzled by his memories from before decides to go on another adventure, but this time to find out the truth!

Character[]
A high school third-year boy who got caught up in a hero summoning targeting his classmates. He was previously summoned to the other world "Haldia" as a hero, making this his second time being summoned. His real name is "Konoé Souta," but he goes by "Souta Konoé" in Haldia. During his first summoning, he defeated the Demon King, and this time he retains his previous status, equipment, and money, along with various skills given to him by the goddess as an apology for involving others. He has a somewhat airheaded personality and can be a bit nagging, but he is fundamentally very kind. He chooses to live freely as an adventurer rather than a hero, traveling the world in search of the mysteries of memories from 1,000 years ago.

| Souta Konoé, summoned as a hero to the other world "Haldia," collaborates with his companions to defeat the Demon King and bring peace to the world. However, immediately after defeating the Demon King, he is returned to Earth. While living a normal life on Earth, one day during his senior year of high school, he is summoned again to Haldia by a magic spell cast by the Kingdom of Ardinall that summons heroes. This time, he is caught up in the summoning of his classmates Daiki Minamiyama, Haruna Kasai, Fuyuko Kitagawa, and Aki Shinonome, and a thousand years have passed since the world he was previously summoned to. During his journey from Earth to the other world, Souta learns from the goddess that this time he will travel the world not as a hero, but as an adventurer, deciding to live freely. He receives guidance from the goddess to achieve this. Thanks to the goddess, Souta successfully convinces the people of the Kingdom of Ardinall that he is not a valuable asset, and he heads alone to the adventurer's town, Tura, to begin his journey as an adventurer. |
