The light novel series was adapted into a manga series with illustrations by Ryouhei Yamauchi and serialized by Manga UP, with 3 volumes released as of September 7, 2021.

Meikyuu Kingdom: Tokushubutai SAS no Ossan no Isekai Dungeon Survival Manual! has been licensed in English as Meikyuu: Labyrinth Kingdom, A Tactical Fantasy World Survival Guide by Yen Press since February 19, 2021.
