Koudo ni Hattatsu shita Igaku wa Mahou to Kubetsu ga Tsukanai (高度に発達した医学は魔法と区別がつかない, I Used High-Level Medicine to Counter Magic) is a Japanese manga series written by Tsuda, Houkou. A manga adaptation with art by Nobuhide Takishita has been serialized online via Morning Two website from February 2022 to November 2022 issue, as well as the seinen manga magazine Morning Kodansha, since December 2021.
Synopsis[]
Can modern medicine work in another world? No cheats, no modern equipment. One doctor stands up against a world where magic rules! Tadato Amami, an active doctor, is transferred to another world where medical magic is monopolized. He is surprised by the slimes, chimera, beastmen, and other inhabitants he encounters for the first time! But with the little medical equipment he has and his own knowledge, he is able to fight diseases and injuries! Will he be able to cure the inhabitants of the other world and save those who suffer?!

Character[]
He is a general physician working at the Ancient University Hospital. He has a soft face and chestnut-colored hair with a ringlet. He is a selfless person who works hard for others and is trusted by those around him. He has been working so hard since his residency that hospital officials ridicule him for being a recluse in the hospital. He used to enjoy drinking alcohol, but now he refrains from doing so because he would regret it if he were drunk when a patient's condition worsened.
He is not interested in a career, so he agreed to be transferred to the Nishiwajima clinic on a remote island in place of a colleague who was expecting a child. Shortly after arriving at the clinic, he was struck by a mysterious lightning and transferred to another world with a bag full of medical equipment. Thereafter, he began treating people in the other world with a mysterious liquid creature, Elle, whom he met there.
After meeting a beast girl named Korone and a chimera (forest god), he set out for the World Tree Cave. He deepens his interactions with the subhumans living in the cave and decides to establish a hospital to save all those who are sick. The inhabitants of the other world mistakenly believe that she is a "healing magician" who heals the sick and wounded.
