Isekai Toushou no Maken Seisakugurashi (異世界刀匠の魔剣製作ぐらし, Isekai Blacksmith's Life of Making Weapons) is a Japanese light novel series written by Kazuma Ogiwara. Originally published via the novel posting website Kakuyomu in June 2022, the series was later acquired by KADOKAWA Books, which began publishing the series in print with illustrations by Carimarica. A manga adaptation, illustrated by Motokiyo, began serialization on the Square Enix-based web manga platform Gangan Online in January 2024.
Synopsis[]
Lutz, a skilled blacksmith with remarkable talent but lacking ambition, reluctantly parts with a meticulously crafted sword without engraving its name for the sake of his beloved. Unbeknownst to him, the sword catches the attention of a hero or a noble family, sparking an unexpected quest to uncover the creator of the nameless cursed blade.
