Isekai One Turn Kill Nee-san: Ane Dо̄han no Isekai Seikatsu Hajimemashita (異世界ワンターンキル姉さん〜姉同伴の異世界生活はじめました〜, One Turn Kill Sister in Another World: I Started Living in Another World with My Older Sister) is a Japanese web novel series written by Konoe. It began serialization online in December 2019 on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō. No printed version of the novel series has been published yet. A manga adaptation with art by Kenji Taguchi has been serialized online via Shogakukan's Sunday Webry website, as well as the seinen manga magazine Monthly Sunday Gene-X, since March 2020. Since October 2nd of the same year, it has been serialized on the manga distribution site "Ura Sunday and the comic app, Manga One". It has been collected in seven tankōbon volumes. An anime adaptation has been announced.
Isekai One Turn Kill Neesan: Ane Douhan no Isekai Seikatsu Hajimemashita is an adaptation of Konoe's web novel of the same title. Serialization began in Sunday Webry, but restarted in the May 2020 issue of Sunday Gene-X after two chapters, with omake chapters being serialized on Sunday Webry.
Overview[]
One month after Kenji Taguchi's previous work "JK, Shachikubu" was serialized on November 10, 2019, the author Konoe will start "Shōsetsuka ni Narō" from December 28, 2019. Started serialization as a novel. It will be delivered daily until January 4, 2020, after which the delivery date and time will be changed to every Saturday. The serialization will start on March 6th of the same year on "Sunday Webry", and the main story and the bonus extra edition will be delivered every other Friday on the same day.
In commemoration of the release of the first volume of the book, a PV video for the first volume promotion by Shogakukan was released on YouTube, and voice actor Ami Koshimizu was in charge of the narration and the roles of Asahi and Mayu in the work.
In March 2022, a plan to animate was announced in Volume 7 of the book.
Synopsis[]
"It wasn't me who was the strongest in another world, but my sister?!"
As a result of an accident in the real world, Asahi Ikusaba is transported to another world. He tries to enjoy the different world he imagined, but his abilities prove to be the weakest. Just as he's about to be attacked by a vicious monster, Asahi's doting elder sister Mayu comes to his rescue and saves him.
Chasing after Asahi's love, Mayu too ended up in the same world as him, with the strongest of abilities and cheating skills. The fantasy tale of the strongest elder sister with a brother complex and the younger brother with the weakest skills begins.

Character[]
The main character of this work. She is 17 years old. The adventurer's job is a sorcerer. She is a girl who is good at household chores and has an extremely worried personality with a slight brother complex. She has a glamorous constitution and is characterized by a red-haired ponytail. Her basic combat tactics deal with all her attributes of attack magic while fighting with her bare hands, all with an "elder sister" when casting her magic. She can easily handle heavy weapons, but she can't equip them because she's just trying them out and she's too powerful to destroy them, regardless of the durability of any weapon.
When his younger brother Asahi was in a car accident, she was worried about the word "another world" muttered by the sickbed Asahi and began to hypothesize that the soul of Asahi was in a different world. She struck his head several times and attempted suicide to the extent of a crush, and his soul was invited to a different world with the morning sun. Asahi is very charismatic to others he can capture people's hearts even in simple acts, but he has no luck when doing adventure quests. On March 11, 2022, an anime adaptation was announced on the seventh volume of the manga. It was later confirmed to be a television series animated by Gekkō and directed by Hiroaki Takagi, with Yōhei Kashii in charge of series' scripts, Yūji Hamada designing the characters, and Kenichi Kanagawa designing the monsters. It premiered on April 8, 2023, on Tokyo MX and other networks. TrySail performed the opening theme song "Karei One Turn" (華麗ワンターン, "Splendid One Turn"), while VALIS performed the ending theme song "Mukyū Platonic" (無窮プラトニック, "Forever Platonic").
