Isekai Houtei: Rebuttal Barrister (異世界法廷~反駁の異法弁護士〈リバタル・バリスタ〉~, Isekai Houtei: Hanbaku no Ihou Bengoshi / Courtroom in another world: The rebutting strange law lawyer) is a Japanese light novel series written by Kawamoto, Homura with illustrated by lain and is based on the light novels of the same name. The light novel series was adapted into a manga series with illustrations by Ohba, Kamon and serialized by KADOKAWA YOUNG ACE, with 3 volumes released as of August 4, 2016 to January 4, 2018.
Synopsis[]
Yuuto Shiba is a 29-year-old who, despite his desire to be a barrister, is a complete failure of a man. In a fit of drunkenness, he gets hit by a truck and dies. In the afterlife, he is brought into the world of Luanolde and is tasked with implementing Japanese law into the country's court systems.

The enemy is an undefeated prosecutor who brings magic to the trial. Taiki confronts an overwhelmingly disadvantageous situation as a lawyer (barrister) using only the knowledge gained in this world.

And died, God itself implement that the Law of Japan will imply in the world of Luanolde. He have a perceive the true nature of things.
His sharp eyes for observation will not overlook any sort of information. Although their principles are completely different in what he know, he imply a kind of logical inference and induction in a wide sense of the word. It is an inference in itself when related to the study of logic & laws, but when Shiba uses it occasionally with the process of elimination, it reaches the level of a highest Understanding in every situation.
Six Codes (六法) refers to the six main legal codes that make up the main body of law in Japan, South Korea, and the Republic of China (Taiwan). Sometimes, the term is also used to describe the six major areas of law. Furthermore, it may refer to all or part of a collection of statutes.

Japan has a civil law legal system with six legal codes, which were greatly influenced by Germany, to a lesser extent by France, and also adapted to Japanese circumstances. The Japanese Constitution enacted after World War II is the supreme law in Japan. An independent judiciary has the power to review laws and government acts for constitutionality.
