Character

Kazuyoshi Shino, the main character who wins 4 billion yen in a lottery, leaves his residence and takes refuge in a countryside mansion owned by his ancestors to escape from the money-grubbers who are swarming around for the 4 billion yen. When Kazuyoshi arrives in the countryside, he discovers a passageway leading to another world and meets a girl named Valletta who lives in the village of Grisea.

When Kazuyoshi sees the villagers in Grisea Village sick on their beds, he uses a nutritional drink he brought from Japan to save Valletta's father, Balin, the chief of Grisea Village, and the villagers from malnutrition. Kazuyoshi also learned that the village was in dire need of food due to drought, and he quickly solved the food situation in the village by using the technology he brought from Japan, including blueprints for water wheels and organic fertilizers. The residents of the village mistook Kazuyoshi for Graciol, the god of mercy and fertility who had once appeared in Grisea and saved the people of Istère.

Kazuyoshi settles in the village of Grisea, where he and Valletta and the villagers seem to enjoy a peaceful life together until the waterwheel that Kazuyoshi brings with him catches the attention of Isaac, a soldier in the Arcadian army. As the god Greysior, Kazuyoshi was taken halfway to Isteria, the largest city in the territory, to meet with Narsson, lord of Isterre, Arcadia.

The war with the Republic of Balbert had ended four years earlier with a truce, but the territory of Istere was still in a state of exhaustion. If the armistice with the Republic were to end in four years, there was still a possibility that the Republic would immediately invade again, and the territory of Istere was forced to allocate a large portion of its finances to military spending. Furthermore, the people were suffering from hunger, depression, and other problems caused by the famine, which had caused great damage to crops.

Kazuyoshi, who was recognized as a "Greysior" after meeting with Lord Narson and his wife Zirconia, began to solve the various problems in his domain by bringing in "Japanese goods and technology" to help the poverty-stricken people of the other world, while traveling back and forth between Japan and the other world, using his funds of 4 billion yen to fight against the invasion of the Balbert Republic. Amid this situation, the 10th Balbert Republic is forced to take a stand against the invasion of the Republic of Balbert.

In the midst of all this, Kairen Gripps, Commander of the 10th Legion of Balbert, ignores the wishes of his superiors and launches his attack on the territory of Istère. Phyrexia, a sickly girl who works for him, is an engineer who invents various weapons and arms, and her abilities show a talent that rivals Barletta's, leading to a back-and-forth struggle between the two.

Greysior (グレイシオール)
A god of mercy and fertility who once appeared in the village of Greysior. Grey means "mercy and fertility" and Siol means "the presiding deity". He appeared from somewhere and gave water and food to the famine-stricken villagers, but was captured by the greedy lord of the time, who questioned him about the whereabouts of the food. The lord and his retainers died of illness one after another, the rains came, the drought ended, and the village was relieved of its suffering, according to legend.

Abilities

In other worlds, he is called "Kazura-sama", he buys 10 units of the same number at Loco 7 and wins. He wins 4 billion yen and quits his job under the guise of "taking over his family's factory". He retired from his company and became a free man under the guise of taking over his father's factory in town, but tired of living with strangers coming to him for money, he took refuge in a relative's mansion deep in the mountains of Gunma Prefecture. Soon after moving there, he discovered a mysterious room that led to another world. He later contributed to the restoration of the village of Grisea, which was suffering from disease and famine, with supplies he brought with him from his fortune, and was rumored to be the second coming of "Greysior," the god of mercy and fertility, who had once saved the village.

Passage Door

Since then, he has lived between the two worlds, but he has achieved a level of flood control that is difficult to achieve with otherworldly technology, and the nobles are wary of him. Although he was taken into custody at one point, he was able to use the tools of civilization to get them to admit that "Shino Ichiro is a Greysior," thereby escaping charges such as illegal immigration.

He purchases large quantities of fertilizers, farming tools, and food at home centers when bringing goods and other items to other worlds, and is called "pioneer leader" by the staff at the home centers, who remember his name. In addition, when he purchased 20 motorcycles together for 50 million yen, the motorcycle dealers called him "The Oil King Case." Later, unable to ignore the cries for help, he promised to cooperate with Lord Narsson Istère and was entrusted with the fate of 450,000 people in his domain. Although he is unable to read the other world's script, he can speak and understand dialects. It is later discovered that he suffers from hypoglycemia and cannot get enough nutrition from the food of the other world.

The people who are strengthened by food brought from Japan (a common nutritional drink can dramatically recover them from fatigue), food from other worlds is not nourishing at all for Kazura, and he becomes hypoglycemic after about three days of eating only food from other worlds.

She is the daughter of Vallin, the village chief of Grisea. She has blue eyes and shoulder-length blond hair that is tied back behind her neck. She has an excellent memory and is eager to learn. The medicines and nutritional drinks brought in by Kazuyoshi Shino cure her father's nightmares of high fever. She also told Kazuyoshi that nearly half of the villagers were lying on the floor and begged for more supplies. She asked Kazuyoshi to pay him even if she had to sell herself to the slavers, but Kazuyoshi suggested that the supplies be offered in exchange for the right to reside in Grisea Village, not money.

Through this incident, both father and daughter come to trust Kazuyoshi and devote themselves to him. At first, like the other villagers, they believe Kazuyoshi to be Greysior, the god of mercy and fertility, but after interacting with him, including teaching each other to read and write, they realize that he is a normal human being. However, even after learning the truth, her trust in Kazuyoshi remains unshaken, and she supports Kazuyoshi's efforts to remain a god by suggesting that he should continue to play the role of Greysior to avoid any troublesome situations.

Abilities

She takes care of Kazura's life in the village. She realizes that Kazura, who saves the lives of the villagers and is worshipped as a "god" by everyone, is a "human being no different from them" and therefore struggles to help Kazura, who tends to push herself too hard.

For reasons to be explained later, she has extraordinary physical ability (Monstrous Strength) and phenomenal learning ability. She learns ordinary Japanese (even Kanji) in a week, reads through the books brought by the main character, and acquires knowledge of iron manufacturing technology, steam engines, scientific knowledge, etc., which are ahead of their time.
