I Was Reincarnated as the Villainess in an Otome Game but the Boys Love Me Anyway! (悪役令嬢ですが攻略対象の様子が異常すぎる, Akuyaku Reijou desu ga Kouryaku Taishou no Yousu ga Ijousugiru) is a Japanese light novel series written by Inaida, Sou with illustrated by Wan Hatipisu and is based on the light novels of the same name. The light novel series was adapted into a manga series with illustrations by Ataka and serialized by Corona EX, with 3+ volumes released as of December 3, 2020.
I Was Reincarnated as the Villainess in an Otome Game but the Boys Love Me Anyway! has been by Tokyopop digitally since April 1, 2021 and in print since April 20, 2021.
Overview[]
On April 21, 2018, the serialization posting of "I Was Reincarnated as the Villainess in an Otome Game but the Boys Love Me Anyway!" started on the novel posting site "Let's become a novelist". After that, it was made into a book by TO Books, and the final volume, Volume 6, was released on February 10, 2022.
On February 15, 2021, comicalize serialization posting started in "Comic Corona" in Nico Nico Seiga.
In February 2022, the script was written by Takahiko and directed by Shinichi Ozaki, and the stage performance was held (February 16-20, 2022, Theater Green BIG TREE THEATER). A DVD containing the stage performance will be released on July 29, 2022. The story focuses on Raid Noctor, one of the targets in the Otome game "Kyun Kyun Love School", and in the stage performance, "I Was Reincarnated as the Villainess in an Otome Game but the Boys Love Me Anyway! The name has been changed to "Roku Side: R".
As of November 2021, the series's cumulative total, including e-books has exceeded 200,000.
Synopsis[]
Mystia Aren is the daughter of a noble family who just started at high school. She's surrounded by a group of adoring classmates and her charming fiancé. Everything seems perfect.
Except that this world is actually a dating sim called "Kyun Love," and she's destined to become the main character's evil rival! Mystia is determined to do everything she can to avoid her fate but it's not as easy as it sounds. Especially when all the boys keep falling in love with her!
